ABOUT XERICROSS

Xericross is a family business, and like its owners, it was born and bred among the trails, deserts, and dunes of the American West.  While riding through the wilds of Southern Utah, whether on the original Suzuki LT125 in the 1980’s or on today’s newest Turbo UTVs, we discovered the need for a comprehensive Medical and Emergency Kit that was functional, weather and dust resistant, easily accessible, and equally at home on an entry level ride, a casual trail rig and highly modified specialty machine.  Over the years, we have tried a host of different first aid kits but always encountered the same problems. These kits were not designed with the supplies most needed by off-road enthusiasts, and the cheap canvas or plastic cases always ended up buried in the bottom of storage totes, at the back of glove boxes, or shoved out of reach under the seat. We needed a solution.

Relying on experience gained over decades in the medical device industry, in 2015 we began designing the Xericross Specialized Off Road Medical and Emergency Kit.  First, we compiled the things an off road enthusiast would need in a comprehensive first aid and emergency kit. Second, we set our minds to design a mounting system that would allow us to grab the Kit at a moment’s notice but stand up to hours of trail riding and dune carving.  After many attempts, we found a solution. Over the past two years, we logged thousands of miles with prototypes of the Xericross Medical and Emergency Kit mounted to our personal machines. Our testing grounds included the slick rock trails of Moab, the dunes of Glamis, St. Anthony, and Oregon, the mountain trails of Central Utah, and the deserts of Arizona.

Each time we reached for the Kit it was exactly where we mounted it, easy to reach and easy to use.  The Xericross Medical and Emergency Kit is not just functional, the quality of the design and finish complements the look and quality of today’s machines and  accessories. The Xericross Specialized Off Road Medical and Emergency Kit will help you and your family Get Home. Safe.
